ROCKLIN, CA (MPG) - Placer County Superintendent of Schools Gayle Garbolino-Mojica is pleased to announce Jennifer Hall as the 2026 Placer County School Counselor of the Year.
“School counselors play a vital role in helping students navigate challenges, discover their strengths and prepare for bright futures,” said Placer County Superintendent of Schools Gayle Garbolino-Mojica. “Their dedication to supporting students’ academic success and overall well-being makes a lasting difference in our school communities, and we are proud to celebrate their incredible impact.”
Jennifer Hall has served as a dedicated school counselor since 2015, combining compassion, positivity and data-driven practices to support student success at Kaseberg Elementary School in the Roseville City School District. As a leader in PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) and student wellness initiatives, she helps foster a safe and supportive school culture where students feel seen, heard and empowered to thrive.
“Ms. Hall exemplifies the compassion and dedication that help students feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed,” continued Garbolino-Mojica. “Her commitment to fostering a positive school culture reflects the very best of Placer County and the spirit of being #GoldInEducation.”
